These Terms and Conditions govern the use of SalesBirdy (“Service”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform providing AI-driven sales automation, lead reactivation via SMS/WhatsApp, and website integration.

By using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use SalesBirdy.

2. Services Provided

AI-powered chatbots for sales and support.

SMS and WhatsApp-based customer engagement.

Lead reactivation and marketing automation.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and login credentials.

You agree not to use the Service for illegal or spam activities.

Any violation may result in suspension or termination of your account.

4. Pricing and Payment

• Commission-Based Fees:

  Lead Reactivation: 50% commission on closed deals.

  New Lead Generation: 10% commission.

  All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

  Payments are due as specified on your invoice.

5. Cancellation & Termination You may cancel anytime by contacting [email protected]. No partial refunds for unused service periods. We may suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment, abuse, or legal violations.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability Service is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
